today was the first of this two-week period. it was surprisingly easy! I brushed a little extra with my dominant hand at the end, just to make sure I covered all the bases.
People doing this are also doing these things:

cranraspberry postponing most of my goals to focus on a few at a time.
Its been a week, and I’ve done it all 7 days, so consecutive 14 times. Halfway through. I don’t know what I’ll do after, I guess I’ll mark this goal as done and continue doing it, then add another goal (like using the mouse with lefty settings) with it? Sounds good.

Consecutively! If I miss a day, I must start over.
I’m not doing it to test my willpower, but to balance my hemispheres, even just a little step at a time. I’ve been trying to become ambidextrous for years, and only do lefty stuff when I remember. Instead of trying to incorporate lots of activities on and off, I’ll only try teeth brushing left-handed – twice a day, for two weeks. I’ll be a step closer to my ambidexterity, then I will take another, bigger step.

Not sure if I’m more self-disciplined, though!

I did this last night. It started out easy (it’s easy to find some spot to brush) and got complicated. The flies on the wall, if there are any, were probably laughing their asses off.
