mosh at a concert

Went to see Mindless Self Indulgence last night in Kansas City.

INTENSE.

If you’ve ever seen MSI, you know that the entire crowd waves and moshes. So, although it wasn’t in an actual mosh pit, I feel like I did do some nice moshing.

Next time will be better.

because while you’re moshing, its sweaty and gross and yuck but the music, wherever you are is hopefully totally awesome and you won’t care.

i went to an afi concert last september and it was like a psycho version of titanic i swear:

1. there were waves. of moshing movement that just moved you everywhere and sometimes flung you to the ground or in the arms of a stranger (sometimes not bad :D)

2. it was wet. gross sweaty etc. as first warning holds true.

3. my friends amanda and ray (ray we had not seen in a bit) were in their pre-couple days and it was all Rose and Jackish except ray decided to save me too, which was nice.

4. there was music. hello?! titanic and violins and band playing as they go down? it all fits so ha! afi was pretty awesome and worth it as mostly all concerts are.

I went to Rockfest in June, and couldn’t suppress the urge to jump in and knock everyone the fuck around. However, I am raaather weak, and don’t want to get knocked around to the point that it’s out of control.

I’m most definitely going to be working out
so I can go out and kick some mother fucking ASS.
Or just… push some bitches around.

Alexisonfire/Cancer Bats July 18th 2007.Big sweaty longhaired dudes rubbing against me.. I took a wee one. Out came Megan like a bitch pushing against everyone who was doing it to me. Got kicked in the head. Groped. Sweaty from other peoples sweat. DRENCHED in water thrown out by the band. It was hilarious. I COULDNT stop laughing!!

on my school boat trip it rained so we couldnt go on the top so everyone was crammed into a tiny room. it was insane everyone was head banging and jumping over and under everyone and just going nuckin futz.

What a freakin adrenaline rush?! I love how you just lose sight of everything else that’s going on. As long as you don’t get punched in the head or kicked in the face from some of the spazs… it’s a great time!

amazing.

i went to some 10 hour show at spend 8 hours of it moshing :). the only times i almost fell over was when i got in the hardcore dancing circles. just keep your balance and have fun.

I used to mosh a lot in many local gigs when I was like 15 or so. Of coure, I moshed with people like ten feet taller than me, I was always scared to death.

Even so, I enjoyed a fucking lot moshing and moshing, I sometimes miss it.
