...acoording to my friends i spent a whole term being very very quiet and yeah… they werent thrilled lol but i seem to have done this without even noticing!

I wouldnt say I’m really extroverted or a huge talker, but when I do try to be quiet people notice… and then I feel self concious and start talking more again. This time I WILL NOT GIVE IN!

it’s worth it as long as it is good to be quiet (and that is most of the time), but if someone starts asking something or you need advice then you do need to speak

If I talk then I give people ammunition….
I also notice that when I am quiet people tend to judge me much more favorable…probably because they have no ammunition.
I want to convey my thought with expressions and actions and speak only when the most profoundest of thought comes to mind …and even keep most of those to myself.
