do up my flat and rent it out

A 2BHK superb 1016sqft semi furnished flat avalable for rent near City Centre2 at New Town.

..to do up my flat (new kitchen, bathroom, paint etc) and rent it out and then either move out to a rented place in the countryside or apply for a job with RBM Australia.

I am posting it here just cos I like how things post on 43things seem to eventually come true, so I am putting it here as a reminder. Goals for this year are to get art room and hallway sorted.
