my landlady said dont worry about the carpet cleaner.
that is nice. I guess I will use my own steam cleaner to see if the stains come out, but seems she is not too worried about the carpet.
she is planning to sell the house”as is”
so… is not trying to make it perfect.

cant order new checks till i go into my bank and tell them my new address. so… another thing to do

i called the electric and gas co and got that over with.

then had to do an online chat that took forever to get the cable and internet transferred.
what a pain that was, but it  is done now.

water company- DONE

next,... home phone DONE
now time for a break!

today i canceled the trash pickup … i will even get a refund.
I also arranged for steam cleaning here … want that 1000 dollar deposit back~
need to call power company, gas co… water… cable and internet…
