I think i’m getting there…2 days of normal sleep, but i’ve been taking cold medications ao i don’t know yet how i’ll be sleeping without it, but at least i’ve got 2 days of deep sleep. And i dreamt, i dreamt of this guy & it was so amazing. I didn’t want to wake up like ever!!

Well I’ve got more normal sleeping hours this semester than I did all last year. Last year I would take a shower at 2 in the a.m. and finally get to bed around 3 am. Then I had morning classes. No I’m going to bed around midnight-1 am more usually. Hopefully I’ll get better. But I think I’m gonna sign off as having done this because a) what’s normal? and b) I’m more “normal” than I was last year. Improvement is good.
I am getting so fed up with this goal. Will this ever happen? No. Why am I bothering??? Because it’s healthier. sigh But still pretty much 99.999999% unlikely.
