More "How I Did It" stories
How I did it: last year it was my first year at uni, my boyfriend who I love very much and I had spend the entire night studying in a study room beside his residence. About 6:00 we got hungry and we went out to get some food. By coincidence the sun was rising at this time. it was beautiful and very romatic. Read how I did it…

How I did it: I've seen the sunrise many times and it's always so beautiful and breathtaking. Right now that it is getting close to winter, when I walk my kids to school in the morning, the three of us gets to see the sunrise. Read how I did it…

I really want to do this these holidays :) And I think I know the girl who will be just crazy enough to do it with me. Sun rises at what, like, 5am in Perth at the moment? My plan is to do it maybe at Cottesloe and be totally alone (except for the girl haha.)

I want to stay up and outside all night, talking with my favourite person until we look up at the sky and see the sun on the arisen. Would be a beautiful thing to share. Unfortunately I don’t have a favourite person at the moment.
i live on the chesapeake bay, and i am a morning person, so i see the sunrise almost everyday. i kinda take it for granted, i guess. but it’s always beautiful.
Happy Phantom is just relaxing
ocean view, bird perched on chair arm, honeymoon. perfect.
More particularly I’ve seen this in South-Africa and I can only urge people to pick an opportunity and see a lovely sunrise. There’s something magical about getting out of bed and sitting, in your jammies, in the awakening morning, to see the warm colours of the sun blend with that of the blue sky. Especially if, after that, you get a delightful breakfast with freshly baked, still warm bread, fresh fruit and yoghurt and fresh orange juice. ... Wait, that’s my “good food” goal. ^^
I’m 14 and I have never seen a sunrise in my life. Pathetic, isn’t it? I live on the west coast of Florida and the one time that we vacationed to the east side, there was a hurricane coming so I got up at 6:00 AM and saw absolutely nothing but clouds. :(
I’m going to mark this as “done”, although at dawn on the solstice I was running round the streets the wrong way as I couldn’t remember which way was east. Hey, I was awake and outside, so I’m counting it ;)
