I’m having to commute to London now for work, it’s not forever, but it does mean getting up before 7 every day in order to get the train.
I must be getting used to it though cause I’m getting up earlier at weekends too

I “got up earlier” the past two days, but I only slept for 7 hours maximum… so now I feel like I have too little energy. I have to make sure that I can sleep (at least)8 hours… Other than that, I’m doing fine on this goal :)

I got up at 6.45 today! I didn’t linger in bed, I got immediately out of it! That’s really an improvement :)

I got up at 6.30 and was almost too late for my bus :s
I’m not sure yet wether I’m going to sleep till 7 or 8 tomorrow morning… I definitely shoudn’t get up after 8, still have homework to do. Luckily classes start at 11am tomorrow.

I didn’t get up at 7
it was 9 this morning

I’ve made it to the four week mark. This week was a little more difficult and I found myself pushing back the time I get up by five minutes. But next week I will remain firm. I’ve got the heat to go on earlier, so it’s nice and warm when I get up. And I have figured out how to set my automatic coffee pot, so something warm is waiting for me!

I’ve always found getting up in the morning so so difficult. No matter how much sleep I have I tend to snooze and never have enough time to get ready in the morning. I end up going to work in a bit of a mess with half the stuff I should have taken forgotten – not good! I really think for me it is just a habit, so from tomorrow I am going to try to force myself out of that bed a bit earlier!

For three weeks now I have gotten up 20-30 minutes earlier. I am pretty excited. I still have to MAKE myself get out of bed. If I had my way I would stay in the warmth forever. I need to get my programable thermostat set so it’s warmer when I actually have to get out of bed. But so far, so good. If I can continue this for three more weeks I will consider a habit developed. It’s nice to be able to make coffee in the morning, actually pick out a nice outfit and put my makeup on before I get in the car!

So, summer is long gone, but I did a good job of getting up earlier I think and I hit my target most mornings. It was nice getting up that bit earlier, so I’m happy with this one. I’ll leave it on the list for now, as an on going thing, but so far mission accomplished!
