    Punksmurf is sleepy

    A few days ago, I woke at 5:45. This was not planned, as I went to bed late. Sometimes, your body messes with you. And after that, you have to struggle to get back into a normal rythm (at least, for me). Things like being tired but unable to sleep, very annoying.

    Arrrrg.

    Today, the after effects are gone so hopefully it will be all right again next week…

    I love the peacefulness of the night with no pressure to be anywhere so I tend to stay up late. Maybe if I splurge on some expensive coffee and have it timed to brew at an earlier hour, I will be more motivated to get out of bed?

    I’ve been getting up every day (almost) before 7am, for almost two months now. I hope I’ll continue this and it will become easier as time goes on.

    accustom to getting up early and now I prefer it. I also like to stay up late though so I have to make sure that I don’t burn the candle from both ends…. (i have a tendency to do that)...

    also, there is a peace and quiet that comes in the morning that I have come to long for….things are fresh and new, with no mistakes in them…yet…..(there’s a little Anne of Green Gables for You right there….) haha….

    Since I finished school I’ve been sleeping in late so I really need to try and fix my sleeping habits and get up earlier in the mornings especially if I find myself a job.

    10.30 am.

    i set my alarm for 10.00 am,
    but was having a good dream
    so i hit snooze!

    and ended up getting up at 10.30 am.

    still, an improvement.

    8.00 am yay!

    but that’s because i had work today.
    originally i set my alarm for 7.45 am,
    but i couldn’t sleep last night so i slept in 15 mins.

    tomorrow i’m going to aim for 10.00 am.
    i know it’s not that early, but it’s a start.
    and it’s better than 12.00, which is what it’s been lately.
