I have a military educational benefit that I must use. I want to use it in a country where tuition is less expensive. Classes must also be in English. England is too expensive. I’m told that there are some universities in Panama which teach classes in English. Classes in the Philippines are in English too; I priced the tuition at a computer science school called AMA and it looks to be about $500 per semester. So I’m leaning towards the Philippines. So, first step; my passport expires 19 Feb 2009. When is the soonest I can renew it?
