because it is about half of my major. its funny that to get a B.A. in Anthropology at my university you have to have like 26 credits in concentrations that arent anthropology. oh well thats what i get for picking a field that encompasses so many other fields.
but i talked to my advisor and we picked out three areas for my concentrations, and the classes we would build my program out of. now i have to set up a meeting with the anthropology department to defend my emphasi and get it registered with the school.
but my major will look something like this: Anthropology with an emphasis in archaeology with concentrations in Geology, Geography, and Asiatic Studies
