Small breakfast in the morning, small sandwich or salad at lunch (if i have enough time and hunger, because usually i don’t eat lunch….i’m forcing myself, lately) and something really small in the evening (for example, tonight is a plate with watermelon and some bulgarian cheese).
I try to eat three times a day, although it doesn’t always happen and certainly it doesn’t happen in a very healthy way.
I should free some time for a dietologist : i need to have a balanced diet, with healthy food…the point is just when. I’ve been talking about it for months now, and probably it’s about time to make things run…
