Got focussed on this one and it went well. Had many moments of craving (there’s a big slab of chocolate in the cupboard) but managed to hold back. To be honest, I don’t even fancy chocolate much any more.

I’m in a right rut again, eating excessively to relieve stress/boredom all the time. My body feels rubbish and I’m more tired and irritable than normal. I need to get on and crack this one and make it stick, so here goes a 4 week stretch starting when I wake up tomorrow.
This includes cutting out coke/coffee and chocolate (unless it’s offered, I don’t want to offend :)
