Motion must take place 1 month ago

in order to aggressively pursue a goal…whether the motion is in the mind or body. If I am not moving forward, then I am standing still or regressing.

When I am on the path to conquer something, the only true stasis, or standing still, that is necessary is eating nutritious food or setting out to get eight hours of sleep.

Of course, it is not always necessary to get after a goal nonstop in this way, sometimes we just need to enjoy the moment. But when the time comes to attack a goal—deliberate ongoing motion must take place in measurable steps. Laziness will not cut it. Apathy will not cut it.

I want to enjoy the process of plucking each action step toward my goal off my list, one by one, until I own the satisfaction of my goal being completed.
