How to play piano
How I did it:
- I sat down
- Put my hands on the keys
- Played a song from memory
- Played a song from Music
- Played a song I wrote
- Cried
- Felt 15 thousand times better.
Lessons & tips: Play it, because it's the best instrument ever.
Resources: My piano teacher, she is the best piano teacher ever.

I actually had it in my house. Poor piano, no one touch it for very long time.
I played piano for a while as a kid and got up to grade II. Then academic life took over and I stopped. So I’m still at grade II, and my fingers have lost their (not all that great) knack. I want to reclaim my piano fingers!

It’s the best. The sound is so pure, plus you can do some compositons. When you can’t speak when you can see you can play.
PLEASURE.

I cant wait to start playing again.
All of my year 12 commitments got in the way of everything fun and relaxing.
I plan on starting to learn again in december
I used to be able to play when I was very young – but its a skill I have lost over all these years. I dont like electric pianos – I want to get a traditional wooden piano . I rememeber the smell inside when you open the lid – of all the wooden pegs and felt!

Theinjuriousfro asks,
“I play guitar already (kinda) so I have a working knowledge of chords (popular progressions, what sounds good together) and I'm wondering how long it will take for me be good enough on piano to play popular music that I like (coldplay, broadway stuff)”
