I was looking for this girl that I “dated” when I was 11. ha ha ha. She had been a good friend all through my college years though I only saw her once a year at sports competitions. I used a service I found at cosmofind.com. It was easy. I put her name in and a few choices came up. I just called a few of them and found her on the third try. Try it. It worked and we talk all the time now.
How to find a long lost friend
How I did it: I created a Google account with my maiden name (the name everyone knew me by) so old friends would be able to find me.
I knew she knew how to find me, and was sure she would at some point. I thought she was in a completely different country and really didn't know any way to get in contact.
She searched on Google for me, found me and linked to my Twitter account, and I was thrilled!
Lessons & tips: be sure to register on Google with your full name (or the name people would search for you by) as well as your town
Resources: Google, Twitter

Actually, my long lost friend found me yesterday! She was an exchange student from Germany at our high school and we became very close friends our senior year. We hung out all the time, and when she moved back to Germany, I actually was able to go and visit her and we had such a good time. We were close and kept in touch, but because of life and crazy schedules, we eventually lost touch.
I was married at the time, but recently changed my name back, and created a Google account so old friends could search for me. No one knew me by my married name, so I made sure people could find me by the name they knew. And lo and behold, my friend found me yesterday after almost 10 years! I was thrilled and about fell over when I realized it was her.
If you are searching for someone, or hoping someone can find you, be sure to create or update a Google account. You can put your name and city you’re currently living in (just so people will know it’s you) but don’t have to put anything personal like address or phone number.
I would definitely recommend doing this to anyone looking for a long lost friend!

I am looking for an old friend I grew up with. Her name was vicky Warren and she had a twin brother named Ricky. I haven’t seen her since the 1980’s. She married a Carter I thought but not sure. She has a daughter named Stephanie. She lived in Blytheville, Ar. and may have moved to Texas. Her mother’s name was Shelby and she also had 2 sisters, Judy and Cathy. I really would like to hear from her we were very good friends and it’s like she disappeared. She would be about 53 years old now and she had red hair.
