So… not doing so wonderfully with this one so far. First week back to classes and I was excited to get on track, but so far I’ve been doing a lot of hanging out with my friends until way too late. I have just a couple more weeks to fix it before my deadline!

and have yet to go to bed yet,,,,i’d say i’m not doing too good on this one.
Vicious cycle: i’m so tired i sleep in ‘way late, finally get up around 4pm, then by 9pm i’m finally “energetic” to get things done around the apartment, and dont want to go to bed, and am only JUST NOW starting to feel tired and sleepy enough to go to bed…
At least i kicked the couch habit, and DO go straight to the bed to sleep.
now just to do this at reasonable hours…
I tried, a few weeks back, to chemically shift my sleep cycle with some ambien,,,,but it didnt seem to be as effective as it has been in the past. And also its hard to Want to take a sleeping pill when youre wide-awake and full of energy to do things…
