CharlotteAlice Made Chocolate biscuit cake today!
The paint is on the walls and save for a few bits of touching up that’s that sorted! Now I’m just goung through all my stiff decided what’s NOT going back in. I can’t live that cluttered anymore.
How I did it: Bought new curtains, painted the walls blue, new comforter. It is nice to have a home that feels like my own, even if I don't live there anymore. (150 character minimum sucks, I just want to check things off my list without having to reflect on them) Read how I did it…
How I did it: My mum and step dad re-do houses so it was great to have them do my room, before it was blue walls, with yellow skirting boards and moon and stars curtains!!!! Now its pebble walls, chocolate brown skirting board and a pebble suade paint cupboards. I really love it and its so much better now !! Definatley worth doing ! Read how I did it…

How I did it: I cleaned it out completely. Threw away things I don't need what so ever, and kept the essentials. Too much clutter , and the room will end up losing its touch in time. I painted my orange wall, a peacock teal. So now rather than orange and lime green. It's teal and lime green [ much more relaxing ]. It gave me something to do, and the feeling after was a great one. How I did it: First I decided the colors for my room. Since my room is small I knew I needed some lighter colors to make it look bigger. Then I got some new bedding. I also took one of my sister's old bookcases that she didn't want anymore and painted it too. I got some frames for my posters to make them look nicer and also got a corkboard and mirror. I pretty much kept all the furniture in the same place but it looks so much better now. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Pink and green paint, tons of pictures, and an insane amount of knick knacksMe and my mom worked on it (not very diligently though because we were both kinda lazy) For a month and we painted my walls, decopaged my headboard, bought tons of pictures at Hobby Lobby on clearance, and she gave me a hand-me-down tv and record player to finish it off :) Read how I did it…

I have almost finished clearing out my room. I’ll tell you something now, it’s not all going back in! I’ve got so much stuff from years and years ago that I don’t need anymore at all.
I reckon there’s about one more box to go and then my books. Hooray! Soon I’ll be able to buy the paint!
2NE1 is practicing! :D
Recently, my room has been redecorated.
But by my parents.
I’d like to make my room a little more… me. (lack of a better word)
If possible, I’d like to paint on the walls (like pictures and stuff), but I’m pretty sure my parents wouldn’t like that at all, haha.
Step one!! Clean room… OTL”””

the last week i did a good cleanig to my room, just to get out the dust and improve with my alergies. i chaged the way my bed was and took away some things i didnt like anymore.
next:
-paint the walls white color
-buy a desk
-clean my closet etc.
So, I finally have my idea and I’m currently shredding my Better Homes and Gardens Magazines for everything I want. The style is a little cliche right now, but I think it’s something that I will be able to grow with and keep for a while.
It’s going to be a big remodel though because I have panel walls and they are ugh…so annoying. I’m either going to cover them with this plaster stuff or have a local contractor tear them down and give me dry wall (which I’d rather have but…ehh…the cost..it’s not really my home…ect.)
So, I’ll definitely keep you guys updated. =)

1. recarpeted room
2. decided to live on a trundle rather than buy a bed, hence why it looks like I am sleeping in a large box
3. will now buy some new furniture and finish moving everything back into my room

This Saturday is going to be fantastic. Recarpeting my room + getting a new room set = Major happiness.

my idea is to paint the walls a plum color. I want one wall whether w/ wallpaper to have the appeareance of a white brick wall. Cherry blossom sheets. & accessories from ikea. cool lamps from UO. & a new bed .
ive been thinking about this recently because even my window needs replacing. Its a steel frame and is now all discoloured and dirty which pretty sums up my whole room. Despite not actually having any ideas of colours etc i do like the idea getting a blackboard/whitebord fixed to the all so i can write down reminders etc. Also i need some shelives and somewhere to store all my CD/DVDs.
I think I’m going to give up on this goal for now because I’m moving in like three months.. So I don’t see a reason to get a room all set up and then have to tear it all down. lol I’m buying a condo so I won’t have to worry about moving! =]
