I’ve already moved all of my furniture out, painted the primer on the walls, painted the ceiling (2 coats), painted the walls dark navy blue (2 coats), moved the furniture back in and realized.. the walls need another coat. :P (I think I’m going to move the furniture out again and do that after Thanksgiving)
I’m going to theme my room in wolves, the moon, and stars. There are so many things that I’m eyeing over the internet to do this.. wolf comforter sets, posters, wall decals, light switchplates, rugs, throw blankets, candle holders, figurines, lamps.. ahh, the possibilities are endless! I’m hoping to collect all of this stuff over time to make a room that is very ‘me’- full of wolves. .
I’m thinking that once I get the final coat of blue on the walls, I’m going to stencil in stars all across the wall. I’m hoping i’ll have this goal 100% completed by next February!

How I did it: Packed everything up in boxes. Moved the furniture. Went out. Bought the paint. Scrubbed the walls. Painted. Painted. Painted Painted. Painted. Moved the furniture back. Unpacked most of the boxes. :) Read how I did it…
How I did it: Bought new curtains, painted the walls blue, new comforter. It is nice to have a home that feels like my own, even if I don't live there anymore. (150 character minimum sucks, I just want to check things off my list without having to reflect on them) Read how I did it…
How I did it: My mum and step dad re-do houses so it was great to have them do my room, before it was blue walls, with yellow skirting boards and moon and stars curtains!!!! Now its pebble walls, chocolate brown skirting board and a pebble suade paint cupboards. I really love it and its so much better now !! Definatley worth doing ! Read how I did it…

How I did it: I cleaned it out completely. Threw away things I don't need what so ever, and kept the essentials. Too much clutter , and the room will end up losing its touch in time. I painted my orange wall, a peacock teal. So now rather than orange and lime green. It's teal and lime green [ much more relaxing ]. It gave me something to do, and the feeling after was a great one. How I did it: First I decided the colors for my room. Since my room is small I knew I needed some lighter colors to make it look bigger. Then I got some new bedding. I also took one of my sister's old bookcases that she didn't want anymore and painted it too. I got some frames for my posters to make them look nicer and also got a corkboard and mirror. I pretty much kept all the furniture in the same place but it looks so much better now. Read how I did it…

I have almost finished clearing out my room. I’ll tell you something now, it’s not all going back in! I’ve got so much stuff from years and years ago that I don’t need anymore at all.
I reckon there’s about one more box to go and then my books. Hooray! Soon I’ll be able to buy the paint!
