365 Photos

I’d love to start a photo blog---taking a picture every day of life at our house.

an old house near the park.. no one lives in it that we can see but there is an all but broken down trailer to the side of it and the grass is always cut. I’d love to see the inside i bet it’s old as this town or my great-grandparents either way it would be interesting to explore

On the tree in the back yard there was a big fat lizard on the tree 2 days in a row.. a brown type i hadn’t seen before so i decided to take a picture i creeped up while it kept it’s eye on me.. i got within a foot of it and stopped, turned the camera, even moved back just a little to focus and just as i was pressing the button it poofed around the other side of the tree. this is what i was left with..
after going inside not even 5 minutes later that lizard was back on the front of the tree… mocking me i tell you

Yes, I’ve read about it on many people’s blogs and websites and I am interested in doing it. But I think it will be kind of hard to produce and publish quality and fun photos every day. I make a ton of nice photos, but they’re usually all made in a row on one day, not day after day.

If I can get a better camera this year, I will start the 365 project.

Let me tell you that it really bugs me when they do stuff like this. Not only is it strapped down with 10 twist ties that are twisted impossibly (twisted then looped and twisted around itself)... then the box is actually screwed to the bottom of the box. The first step of the directions have a little picture and say “First remove the screws from the bottom of the toy” really it should say screw you who try to steal our toy it’s screwed to the box and reinforced with a piece of quarter inch thick plastic.

AND the best part… the toy doesn’t even work very well grrr.

As promised we have begun…

i usually hate pictures of babies with food all over there face.. makes me gag but i thought most of you could appreciate this.

My goal for this is to take at least one photo everyday for a year. I’d like it to start on May 1st, 2008. I would love to make it a team effort, so come join up and lets make a 365 year book that will never be forgotten.
