I’m going to start reading leadership books.
I’ve never been a very effective leader. Not in school, not at work, not on athletic teams. I’ve gotten complacent as a follower (Not that that is bad—all leaders are supposed to be good followers first). There are times though, where I’m expected to assert authority and I usually goof up. I’ve read enough books to have an idea of what makes a successful leader, but I find myself too timid to actually turn theory into action.
i used to become a leader during my childhood but now for somereason someone took over my respectful place, hence, i would like to regain my CROWN! i want to be a leader! i wana leadmy classmates! evevn though im their representive!
When I was little, I was always the shy type, and a follower. To this day I’m still a bit of a follower but I’m trying to break out of the habit. I won’t to be able to help others instead of always asking for help and to more confident. My first goal is to become a section leader in my marching band =]
