I’m pleased with my progress on this, as I have been doing this now for 2 weeks without fail :) I think I’m well on the road to forming a good new habit :)

I just had a filling done on Monday, so I feel like I’m up-to-date with the dentist for the time being (well, until they decide they want to rip my wisdom teeth out, but that topic hasn’t come up yet, thankfully!). As of yesterday, I am actively working on this goal, but I don’t really see this being too big a problem for me as it’s just about getting into the habit, and I’m nothing if not a creature of habit! :)
I finally got a check-up sorted out, which has prompted me to be a bit more proactive with oral hygiene, so I have now been doing this for 1 week. Hopefully after my two months is up, it should be a well-formed habit :)
I have a really good mouthwash that I bought recently and a good quality toothpaste as well. Yesterday I got myself a new toothbrush as the other one was wearing out.
So, I’m all set for my new dental hygiene routine. I aim to brush my teeth and use mouthwash twice daily. I will aim to do this for two months after which I will hopefully have formed a strong habit, which I will continue :)
