Randy, my husband bought our grandaughter a wagon and we pull her and take walks. This has increased our exceercise a bit. then we are decluttering, so that will help too.

I walked up 5 flights of stairs today and i couldn’t breath (like an asthma attack couldn’t breath) and I thought my right eye ball was going to pop out of my head. Yes I admit my severe lack of health. Don’t hold it against me and please don’t give me advice…unless of course you are medically concerned about the eyeball popping part – don’t know what was up with that.

I have walked the dog Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday this week. That is not too bad. I would aim for every day or maybe miss one only!

It’s been 3 weeks in a row I went to the pilates class! Last time I was not so sore after it .. so that’s good .. will try again to go this week!

i should at least walk more…
maybe when i am less busy, i shud walk round shopping centres during the day
or the park
then i shud try to do yoga during lunch hours

i shud try to excercise at least once a week. i walked 45 minutes today but there is so much pollution and i was talking so much so i don’t know if that count

need to get my ass moving in order to shine in 11 days time



You know, when you are... 17 months ago

... sore for two days because you bought some food for the week and you don’t have a car; when your back hurts because you don’t have enough muscle to have a good posture; when your neck is very tense while you are just lying and basically not doing anything, when you are so exhausted and hot after getting at your 4th floor home without elevator ..

.. and then when you success to go to a yoga class and that you are sore for the 4 following days .. and it was not even something like extreme cycling class ..

.. then you know you really really REALLY have to exercise, and that exercise is not only for people wishing to lose weight.

I have to go to the gym I have at work once a week!! Let’s say twice a month to start.
