    Ugh!!! 5 months ago

    I keep cheating! Sometimes out of necessity, sometimes out of apathy.

    If I can just get my ass out of bed and have breakfast at home and then pack my lunch and some SB snacks I’d be so much better. And I know I should just pack it the night before but it is such a hard habit to get into.

    OK – tomorrow I think I’ll have to cheat out of necessity but after then I HAVE to get back on it.



    Day One 20 months ago

    Breakfast: cheddar and canadian bacon omlette, tomato juice, tea
    Snack: some walnuts
    Lunch: a big salad, penaut butter in celery, water
    Snack: string cheese
    Dinner: beef and veggie stir fry, water
    Desert: will be sugar free popsicle.
