my mom has said I’ve been a snob since elementary school. but it’s not because I think I’m better than everyone.. I’m just shy and don’t know how to interact with people I don’t know that well.
How to not be a snob

How I did it: I'm not saying I was a real snob. My mom thought I was. Recently she told me I wasn't anymore. I just started to be myself. I'm not a snob.
I would talk to my relatives and tell them stories, e-mail them, and to my friends I just relaxed. I listened to them, and stopped speaking all the time. I feel better.

My mom told me I was being a snob to my uncle because I was answering ‘yes’ and ‘no’ to his questions. She told me he wants to get to know me. I guess it’s true.
