When we had to do group workouts in training, I realized how I’ve been neglecting the lower abs so I’m doing what I call heel touches as well. The number there is much less, so I need two plans.
I can do 49 sit-ups and 10 heel touches.
Sit-ups
Day 1: 21 / 27 / 21 / 21/ max (at least 30) w/ 60 second rest
Day 2: 30 / 38 / 23 / 23/ max (at least 38) w/60 second rest
Day 3: 33 / 42 / 30 / 30/ max (at least 45) w/ 60 second rest
Heel touches
Day 1: 3 / 4 / 3 / 3/ max (at least 5) w/ 60 second rest
Day 2: 5 / 6 / 3 / 5/ max (at least 6) w/60 second rest
Day 3: 6 / 7 / 6 / 6/ max (at least 8) w/ 60 second rest

When I did the week 5 test three weeks ago, I did 132. Today I did 131.
