go apple picking in october

I live in washington and used to do things like this for birthdays or family reunions. I LOVE it! I just need to plan it out because i don’t have a car :( And if possible, i do not prefer a sprayed tree :) organic is kik ass.

Make sure the tree has been sprayed; otherwise you might end up eating a worm.

I went in North Carolina last year with my sorority and it was so beautiful!

I even have my own apple pickers—long wooden poles with baskets on the end. Two great uses for all those apples? Homemade applesauce and baked apples with oatmeal and brown sugar. And don’t forget caramel apples with peanuts. What’s your favorite apple? Mine is Honeycrisp.
