re-pot my plant

Why is this so hard? I wanna throw the damn thing away but I just can’t in good conscience. It seems wrong. Though is it THAT big of a deal. Is my guilt issue resurfacing here? Poor plant :(

I’m tempted to throw the plant away. Now my aloe plant has some sort of disease and I have no motivation to repot anything. However the Russian plant still lives so it may be a sign. It’s really hanging in there. Maybe if I give it a name I’ll have to. I’ll call it Nicoli the unkillable plant.

Yeah, I was hoping that a shiny new pot might help revive my sickly plant, but it did not. In fact, I think it made it worse. I finally had to pull the plug on the plant when I moved—it never would have survived the 800-mile journey.

But now I have this cool pot with nothing in it. So, because clearly I have learned nothing about my plant-caring-for abilities, I’m planning on getting a new one. We’ll see how that goes.
