How I did it: A friend invited me out to the woods to play paintball with some of his friends, and I was on his team after borrowing the necessary supplies from someone who had extras.

I used to be on a paintball league. You exercise while having fun. What can be better than that? I wish I could go back on the league but I need to concentrate on going to college and getting a job. Even just playing with friends is a blast.

I did this at Space camp aviation challenge during escape and evasion training. It was fun I’d love to do it again

I did it while stationed in Okinawa, Japan. We were in the jungle like 10, 15 deep. One thing, do not I mean do not get hit. I had a black and blue bruise on my calf for like three weeks.

It does not hurt unless you’re at close range. AND IT’S AWESOME!!! lots of adrenaline
