yeah, so, language is meant to help you communicate and I dunno who I’d communicate wid in a dying language but then we can’t jus let languages die, can we? endangered species are endangered coz the environments they can survive in are disappearin, the only environment a language requires to stay alive’s one of interest and respect, I guess. And who knows? if people keep goin at the rate they are now, beautiful languages like urdu will need rescuing a few years down the line. ohmigosh! that’s scary. ok, am jus rambling, will bring more clarity to this post later.
