make a loaf of bread without a bread machine

I haven’t tasted the result yet but it certainly looks and smells good.

I bought a book last week called “Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day” and I’ve successfully made two beautiful and tasty loaves of bread from it, with so little work it’s shocking.

i think it’s mostly a matter of having a mixer—not a bread machine, just something to mix the dough. And you need to be able to come back to it, yeast needs to rise, you know?

So my friend Tawnee and me are amazing roll makers. We call ourselves roll models. Hehe. So anyway… I think I want to make a whole loaf of bread. I am talking really good bread like Great Harvest. BEST bread there is!
