I bought a book last week called “Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day” and I’ve successfully made two beautiful and tasty loaves of bread from it, with so little work it’s shocking.

i think it’s mostly a matter of having a mixer—not a bread machine, just something to mix the dough. And you need to be able to come back to it, yeast needs to rise, you know?
