I’m surprised at how important this is. My body feels different when I can’t get a regular dose of this stuff. I feel confident that fruits and veggies are forever going to be a part of my diet. Though I admit there are days where the produce in the house is low and I may miss a few servings but it’s been a lifestyle change in how I approach my food now. I have found even small choices like adding raisins to my oatmeal and spinach to my spaghetti sauce, count and that has made this a pretty easy habit to adopt.
