I failed so much at this today, it was all going well until i got to work and then just picked at everything… 3 bags of sweets and bread and biscuits etc etc
try again tomorrow.
How I did it: Self care. That hard and yet that simple. When I was upset and reaching for food I spoke to myself like I would my best friend, gently and realistically. I also journaled.

jakthund I want to follow my dreams, or at least have dreams.
I don’t have any weight problems, however I feel I eat too much just out of boredom, hence I tend to have some weird eating habits. I never eat junk food, no wheat, no processed foods and very little sugar. But I still tend to binge on bananas, dried fruits, nuts, nut butters, yoghurt, cheese… I need to start listening to my body when it wants food and when it would rather not. Many times I solve the problem by drinking an insane amount of tea, but I want to cut down on that too.

I eat way to much stupid junk food, need to stop.
my plan is to imagine a reaally really fat version of future me every time i have that extra spoon of sugar or the n’th glass of coke. and a thinner version of me, if i didnt binge out then.
food is not the enemy, junk food is !.
i really hope it works. will keep writing.

I’ve been drinking more water and I’m sort of doing good with this goal, maintaining my cravings for food. I’m just going to keep doing this and just see how it goes.

I like food. Chocolate, pizza, chips—You name it! Junk food rocks my socks! :D
Anyways, I always eat when I’m not hungry which is really unhealthy. This goal might also correspond with my “Get a flat stomach” goal. Sooo yeah.

I’m having trouble eating when I AM hungry! I get sick if I eat right after I wake up, but I have to be at work by 7:30. Lunch is 11:30-12:30, but my stomach starts growling by 9. This is not fun.
... you don’t buy random junk food to keep in the house. Being in my new apartment and not having other people grocery shop for me (like my mom) has resulted in me living off of PB&B and onigiri.
Hey, they’re both things I love. And they’re not Ruffles Reduced Fat Sea Salted potato chips.
i need to find things to keep me occupied
as i eat a riduclous amount when i’m bored.
