I was in Mississippi running a 10K on this 43er’s birthday and am sure he’ll understand me being tardy with his birthday wishes. A year ago, I wished him some health and well-being. He’s made progress on his abs, and the other goals were marked complete, so I’m glad the wishes helped him along. Here are my wishes for him for the coming year:

May he find the proper motivation and focus needed to cleansweep his life while also using money more efficiently. In fact, as he cleansweeps, may he find a way to make money from the things he is getting rid of to help augment his income. May he continue to cultivate his abs through regular exercise, at least three days a week. And may he find his peaceful place so he can be chilling, not letting anger or rage sneak back into his life no matter how big of arses the people he has to work with are.

but I hope the party is still going on!
