So, dining in a cave is expensive. The bill for 2 was about $200.00. However, the food was so good and the service was amazing. The cave itself, was very cool. I loved how dark it was…Also, I don’t think I’ve ever had my Pellegrino chilled and poured for me. Dinner, for me was, 2 Reislings, Chilean Sea Bass with Tomato Marsapone, Steamed Vegetables with Hollindaise, and a Key Lime Tartlet (and Pellegrino too.) We were barely able to get this picture, due to the darkness of the room, however, we lucked out and a Flambe helped to add lighting. 5 years ago
