I am going to Paris for one week at the end of the month
I will do Bikram Yoga each day.
i have only just started this but it is REALLY worth doing. Amazing for the body and the mind. But mainly the body. Talk about a workout!!
I did my first class in a long time yesterday! I think I’ll count this as complete once I take five classes.
I love this style yoga. I have been doing it for approximately a year. I recently have become super lazy and kind of got away from it and let me tell you, I feel like an absolute slob. I have gained some weight, my muscle tone is decreasing….BOOO, yuck. Anyway, I have started going back and once again I love it. I probably only go 2-3 times a week but it does the job for me. I would like to go more but the times its offered, dont accommodate my schedule, not to mention, its more expensive than a gym. I hopefully will get my toned arms and legs back soon…
Bikram rocks! I swear by it and it makes me feel amazing. I have been going consistently for a month now, an average of 5-6 times per week. I thought I would hate the repetition of the same class every single time, but seeing yourself improve and still work just as hard in the postures EVERY time makes it feel so worthwhile.
I definitely recommend Bikram – and at least six classes to fully make your decision if it’s something you like or not.
