I really want to do this!!! Have found lists of hieroglyphs on the net, and have bought myself a book, so will start as soon as my exams are over and I have no real work to do!!!

It’s not so hard.
I remember buying a book about it when I was 6. (Budge’s Book of the Dead, if you must know.) It cost the undreamed of sum of $20 in 1980. I tried to understand, but couldn’t. I tried several times until high school. Eventually, I learned how.
That’s why I write these things down.
