I have decided to give up Diet Coke. I was drinking way too much of it anyway! I will do this one week at a time. I have had only one in the past week. I think soda is addicting!!!
I am back to drinking my “raw” cranberry juice and will be starting back on the applecider vinegar as part of a daily “medicinal” regimen.
I am trying to make sure that with every meal and my snacks that I am combining a complex carb with a protein.
That is one of the things she recommended in doing in the “clean eating” book.
