Frein Night is unlonely.People is lonely,so people holds the night tingtly.
I want to be a more sensible man.I should quit smoking, and drink less beer, from now on.
People having a healthy body will do more things that they like.
Just like the words:there is a life, there is hope.

My well-being
Today I went to swim practice even though I wasn’t feeling that great. It was a little bit of a struggle but I am glad that I went. I’m feeling a little better. I’m going to get a good night’s sleep tonight and hope for the best for tomorrow.

I’ve been sick for over two weeks now and I just can’t seem to get better. I’ve been resting for the most part and it’s just getting annoying. I haven’t been to swim practice now in more than a week, which means I haven’t exercised. I want to just start going to practice and doing stuff again, but I don’t want it go get worse and then take longer to get well in the long run.

Kate L. got her invitation to join the Peace Corps
I’ve been taking very good care of myself since the surgery on my foot. I’ve been resting a lot, icing the foot, taking the medication my doctor prescribed, and keeping my appointments. I’ve learned how to give myself an injection, which I never thought I’d be able to do, but really, it’s not so bad.
Surgery is painful, but the pain can be managed and my doctor is very good at convincing patients to aggressively manage the pain from the beginning so it never gets really bad.

I am going to take good care of myself by exercising, eating right, drinking lots of water, timely doctor check-ups, healthy relationships, relaxation/recreation, and sufficient sleep.

Tomorrow I go in for a physical before my foot surgery. I’m having my deformed foot fixed on Wednesday morning. I’m apprehensive, but look forward to being able to walk without pain, once the healing is done.
I need reassuring. Anyone else had foot surgery? How bad did it hurt?
p.s. Disclaimer: that is not my actual foot.

My usual TV companion will not be around this evening, so I am going to put my feet up and watch Jane Austen, something I can’t watch when he is here.

heaveemetal I still press your letters to my lips And cherish them in parts of me
am doing, will continue to do this…
My benefit plan covers everything generously except well care. But since I’m over 50 well care is essential to catch things early…
So worth it…
