This is incredibly daunting task, and I always restart this goal. And the major problem is that I’m incredibly lazy. But this will help me with other goals!
Im thinking a steady increase of push-ups and weights each day, with some crunches and curls. The basics.

Hmmm its cool when u think bout beating up ppl that did u harm but thats not the point … I mean i have the right to think what i want and i want POWER as in strength, speed, spirit and to become more not just a strong guy but something even more and not just to show off but to feel the weight of being strong and able- as in responsible for whatever I hold dear. An if there is a way of acheaving that kind of power I will do it, even if it means killing my self of training all day long. Its ur choice what u want to be or what u want, and u said it here well not like me =)) but it took courage no matter what. Didnt it ? So Im saying what I want… tho it dosen’t matter what i want becouse Im not “God ” or whatever and i cant just choose my fate, and I will most likely never accomplish my goal i will try my best… but if there is a “God” out there i hope “IT” will help me …

I want to become stronger….in every sense of the word - mind, body, and spirit. If I become stronger, I’ll no longer be known as “the shy, weak, short and small” kid….
Someday im gonna beat up all those bad people that made my childhood suck. Thats right Blaire im comin for u.
Everybody has had at least one bully in there life but I always seem to be there target. But I guess I’m not surprised, I’m sensitive, emotional, and I take things way to seriously. Does anyone have any idea’s or stories that would help my situation???
