If I’m having a good yoga day, I can reach my toes… sometimes. LOL :P
after weeks and weeks of exercising, one of the goals in my working out has been achieved.
ladies and gentlemen, i can now reach my toes.
nope, no bending of the knees. yes, both standing up and sitting down with legs stretched.
although i can feel my belly protest the slight pain, the important thing is i have regained some flexibility and endurance in my body.

it’s not easy to reach my toes, especially because of my beer belly. but as a young man, i was never really able to reach my toes. i guess i was never built to be flexible, and as an elementary student, i pretty much failed the flexibility tests in gym class.
now that i’m working out to tone and get my body in shape, this has got to be possible really soon.
