the word love gets thrown around alot, and when i say it… i want to mean it with everything i have, im not just giving you a piece of my heart, im giving you all of it
How I did it: I usually only say it to the people that means something to me, sometimes it's hard but if you feel you should say it then do it. It will probably makes somebody's day a lot better.
Lessons & tips: It feels great and it helps to gain closure with whoever you have said those wonderful words. Just make sure when you say it that you mean it.

tintin19 GAH I need to lose 20 lbs. like...now.
I thought I was in love in high school…I dated this boy for almost 3 years, was “talked into” losing my virginity to him…and all for what? Don’t get me wrong, he was a good guy, but not a great boyfriend. We’re still friends…
In hindsight, I don't think I ever actually loved him...but in any event, I still feel as though I might be scarred from this, because I'm now in my third year in college, and haven't had a healthy relationship yet. I just need to put myself out there again...and hope that there's someone meant for me to really truly fall in love with!
Lisa is relaxing. :)
I’m in love with my crush, and sometimes I’ve felt like screaming “I love you!” at him, but:
a) I don’t know how he would react
b) I don’t know if what I’m feeling is love or lust
so really there’s no point doing that just yet.
i met my gf when we were only small. we went to the same school but then she left and went to a diferent school. i followed her there soon after. we were close friend up until year 9. we went on a camp and i was dared to kiss her by a couple of my mates. i did. and we have been dating for 1 year and 5 months (lol exact date much) on her birthday (year 9) i told her i loved her and i REALLY ment it. she is the most beautiful girl in the world. she said she loved me to.
I LOVE YOU ELLIE
I tell my friends and family that I love them on a regular basis and mean it. I have told one ex-partner that I loved him and I didn’t mean it – it made him and I both very unhappy and I should never have said it. The next time I say this to a partner I really want to mean it, hopefully they will love me too.
I have realized I love my boyfriend and have almost said it a couple times by accident but I’m really afraid of how he will react if I tell him. I guess I’m afraid of being rejected and having my heart broken.
I told my best friend that I loved her. I meant it. And after thinking about it, friends don’t usually say they love each other in person. But I do love her she’s like a sister to me. :)

I couldn’t ever say it to someone and not mean it. It’s a great feeling to tell someone that. Say it every single day if you can!
sabryn okay...how about a calm December?
My best friend and I tell each other every day (several times, in fact) that we love each other. I’ve also said it to other friends on occasion, but that can get problematic (reading things into it beyond my intending meaning). Dane doesn’t.
You can never give-or receive-too much love. And even though that person may know you love them, it never hurts to remind them every now and again.
