I add water, splenda, cinnamon, and rasins. Its good! Makes it easy to eat for breakfast everyday. Plus eating breakfast is good for your metabolism, and the fiber is good for your heart.

I learned this past week that both my brother and sister are taking medication for their cholesterol and diabetes. I haven’t been diagnosed with either but since my sister is eating oatmeal to lower her levels, I thought it might not be a bad idea to do the same. So far I’ve managed 6 days out of 7, not bad for a person who doesn’t usually do breakfast at all. I figure if I eat it sometime during the day that’s doing well for me.
