but i’ve ordered a DVD today (yoga and pilates).
i know from experience that (once i get into doing it) i’m actually pretty good at keeping up workouts from home if i have a dvd / video that i enjoy and that i can incorporate into my day.
also, a friend gave me a brand new yoga mat, so i’m all set:)

that i ended up getting a voltarin shot on wednesday and am wearing a neck collar between physiotherapy sessions this week.
i feel like a real dumbass with this thing on, but more importantly the doctor who gave me the injection also gave me a lecture on how poor my posture is (“at your young age” bless him) and that i must do something about it.
so today i got a book and CD with a 15 minutes a day Pilates workout that can be done pretty much anywhere, and i want to start with that.
i am walking around 45 minutes every lunchtime Monday – Thursday at work with a friend, but i need to work on this posture thing or i’ll end up like my mom (she is so bent over it looks terrible and she has constant pain).
