Darling Roux, I’m sorry I’m so late to the party, but I hope you had an amazing birthday! Hudson is a doll…I’m sure he helped make it special. :) Happy happy (quite belated) birthday! :D

so you are now well on your way into your 27th year. I hope that it is a fabulous, challenging and rewarding one!

Over the last few years, we’ve been blessed to be able to see the evolution in Roux’s life as she has grown into a wonderful mother and role model. She shared the good times and bad times with us, and through it all has maintained her own sense of wit and control over her destiny. She is truly amazing. So today on her birthday, I wish her the following things for the coming year:

May she continue to be able to make progress reducing her debt while still providing everything her family needs on a day to day basis. May she have the energy and make the time to do at least one thing a day for herself, whether it be exercise or a bit of homework. And may every day be a learning experience for her and her son.
