Do some sort of exercise every day

so i realize this is completely dorky and lame. but, i have been dancing around the house when doing chores instead of walking. i figure- it’s fun and exercise. that way my activity isn’t taking time away from doing things i would be doing anyhow.
oh, but i make sure there’s music on. by the way.

I’m going to replace stretch every day with this. I do count cleaning as exercise. But I need to be more active, in any case.

I dont know what I’m waiting for.
