I was going crazy because I had stuff to do and never could motivate myself to do it, and then I bought a little notebook and started using it for to-do lists. I’ve only had it a month, and it’s already the only way I can function.

How I did it: I made an account with remember the milk! I use it daily, and have been for the last three weeks. I went on their forums and read all the tips & tricks on making good lists and it is really fun! It is the best one out there, and is easy to use and sooo customizable for your needs.

It works great to figure out what tasks are left to do. Also, try a dayplanner and take a time management course. I took one through Franlklin Covey, and it really helps you focus you time and efforts on the important tasks, while still managing to get the little stuff in both your personal and private life completed.
I used to hate lists, and then I got married! My husband uses them, and I actually found them very helpful when I was in school. Still use them sometime when I’ve got a lot of things I need to get done in the day…and 43 Things is a ‘to do’ list too;) Isn’t it such a satisfying feeling being able to cross something off of your list that you’ve accomplished?!!!
