Take Painting Lessons and learn to paint something other than flowers

Learning the Bob Ross technique was a lifelong goal, and I learned it in a way that I can share it with others.

I haven’t been through my goals thoroughly lately, and tonight when I looked through them I realised I probably could have ticked this one off awhile ago now. I’ve (slowly) started painting things other than flowers and feel I’m getting better at it with each painting I do. I haven’t taken formal lessons as such, however I’ve been doing a lot of reading on painting techniques, equipment, mediums etc etc, so I’ve really been teaching myself. I’d still like to take lessons of some kind one day (you can never learn enough), but for now I’m going to mark this as done and continue creating non-flower pictures! (ok, so I’ll still do the occasional flower… after all, they’re so beautiful to look at!)

I don’t know if I’ll ever get around to taking painting lessons… however I have started paining again and I’m trying things other than flowers now! So it’s a start. I don’t think I’m at the stage where I’m ready to show anyone my work…. I’ll get to that eventually….
