How to get into a good sleeping habit
How I did it: do not procastinate before going to bed you will regret it in the morning.
Once you start waking up early you should be more tired at the end of the day and fall asleep easily.
I would go to bed at 7am but instead i stayed up from 12pm the previous day until 8pm the next day and went to sleep then. I then woke up early and got into a good sleeping pattern. i did wake up a few times a night but i just stayed in bed and slept through.
