That’s just one of my experiments.
But there’s more:
I am in need of human and pet ashes for an experiment that I want to do.
The test is to use cremains in a ceramic glaze formula. My concern is that the firing tempature used for cremation may be too low. I want to analyze Carbon(6) and Calcium(30). There may be trace element of sodium(11), iron(26) and Magnesium(12). The glaze will be fired at 2380 F. Surface texture, pin holing and shivering are my concerns.
The test will not show any disrespect for the deceased. All you need to do is to take a small plastic zip bag and place the cremains in the bag, zip lock the bag and send them to me. It would also be very helpful to know date of deceased, human or pet ashes, and type of urn(bronze, wood, marble, etc) they were taken from. Also, please specify if you want the unused cremains sent back to you. The research will take 4 – 6 weeks.
