I used to weigh 134 lbs. I now weigh 130 lbs. after 3-4 weeks of exercise & consuming less calories. Yay!

I used some online tools that say my body fat % is about 22-23%. My goal is go down to 20%. I know I’m at a healthy weight right now, but I really want toned abs.

ONce school starts, I’m going to do kickboxing on sundays & pilates on mondays & wednesdays. I’ll do 40 minutes of elliptical or swimming on one other day of the week…perhaps thursday or friday. Since my classes start later fall quarter, I might try to wake up early to exercise. Also, the girls in my apartment want to take recreation classes & eat healthier too! This will make things easier for all of us to have a support system like this.

I’m going to stick to my plan this time! I should b able to get down to 120 lbs. by mid-November. Just in time to go home for winter break & show my parents the weight I lost in college :).

Along with toned abs, I want slimmer thighs! So losing weight is the main thing I gotta do.

Ok well my stomach isn’t big but I would like to exercise until I see abs like Britney Spears. I know doing ab workouts isn’t enough…so I have to lose some weight too. I’m gonna try to lose about 8-10 pounds or until i c some results. I might be overestimating, but whatever.

I wonder…does sleeping 9 hours a day make u gain weight? or slow down your metabolism? I got 8 hours of sleep at night and after i did some water aerobics & swam some laps (that was like 90 minutes of exercise)...I was sooo tired…so I ended up taking a 1 hour nap. My mom says there’s no point in exercising if I nap b/c I won’t get thinner. I don’t know if this is true or not…she tends to say things that are not based on science so I’m never sure when to believe her.

I WUD TOTALLY LOVE BRITNEY’S ABS WELL THE WAY SHE DID HAVE THE BEST ABS, I BELEIVE SHE CAN GET THEM BACK, WEN I WAS 16 I USED TO DO 1000 CRUNCHES A DAY,THEN I STPPED ,I HAD A FLAT STOMACH, SO NOW IM 20 AND HV 2 TRY AND GET BACK INTO MY OLD ROUTINE, IM STARTING OFF 100 A DAY AND MOVE UP EVERY WEEK,SO 200 NEXT WEEK

But now that I am going home, I am really going to work on this and my body. I did an ab workout for the first time in a month yesterday!

I’m doing an ab routine 3-4 times a week right now. I really need to lose the inches around the tummy so that the muscles can be seen eventually. Right now I have a 30” waist. 27” is my goal right now!
