How I did it: learn to position your fingers correctly on the keyboard. Then just start typing. Practise typing the same sentence over and over again. This helped increase my speed and memory of where keys where. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I'm getting a das keyboard soon at work, so we'll see if that speeds me up any, but i haven't looked at the keyboard in over 15 years so it's unlikely to change now. Read how I did it…

I have tried to learn to type at least 3x and I do well for about a week then my free trail runs out and I’m back to my old method! Usually what motivates me to try again is I look for another job. This time I own my own business so I don’t have the motivation b/c know one cares how fast I type!
i am 13 years old kid and i want to type very fast that my teacher promise me if i can type fast without looking in the keyboar he will give me exstra marks
Typing faster, but not necessarily with the letters in the correct places or on a regular basis. How do I learn to type faster??
Doing coursework helps out with this quite a lot. I need to learn to type without looking, though.
I type around 104 wpm. It’s definitely worth doing if you spend a lot of time on the internet and/or prefer to communicate through written rather than spoken word. Practice, practice, practice is all it takes really.
